I've added a link over to the left in the blog links area. After running on the treadmill for 30 min. last night I decided to start up a new running program to up my endurance and running time/distance. Jeremy and I had great fun on our 5K run this last weekend (to read more details check out the blog!) and want to keep it up! We have decided to do one 5K a month from now on. It will be great! Not to mention a wonderful example of staying fit for the kids. Yes, I surely have weight issues to work on, but for now I'm excited to be able to run three miles straight! I can really feel a difference when I just run around with the kids for fun. It's no effort at all, where three months ago, it felt like my legs were bricks. And it was an effort to just romp around with them. Enjoy! I'll be updating the blog very often, so stay tuned!
